While I was working with the courier company managed by also a friend of mine, my appointment papers for a government position was released. So I told my friend, that I was leaving the company. He told me that I don't have to go. I can still work for the company while working in the government. I just have to report after office hours. And so, since August of 2003, I've got two jobs.
That starts a more pleasant life for me and my family. I earn more and it's almost double of what I was earning before. With the two jobs, I was able to rent a better house and I was able to buy a motorcycle. We almost never experience hardship with money matters.
When the global financial and business crisis happened in 2008, the courier company also decided to save the business from closing. It slowly firing people, one by one. My friend, the manager was among the personnel who lost their jobs. And of course, being a non-regular employee, I too was relieve, was also fired out.
